Statement from Senator Heather Carter on lawsuit filed by Arizona Attorney General

"I applaud Attorney General Brnovich for his bold and swift action in announcing lawsuits against these two e-cigarette companies. This industry is intentionally developing products and marketing practices designed to capture another generation of Americans with a dangerous addiction. While today's action is a major step, I look forward to addressing these same issues with legislation in the upcoming session, which begins on Monday."
